Not sure what you need? Start with your symptom.

Tap your main concern and we'll show what it usually points to and the diagnostics we'd normally begin with.

Chronic cough

A cough lasting more than three weeks needs a chest X-ray review and lung function testing before it is treated as an infection.

Lung Function Test

Pulmonary Function Test (PFT / Spirometry)

A Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) measures how much air your lungs can hold, how fast you can move air in and out, and how efficiently oxygen passes from your lungs into your blood. It is the single most useful objective test in respiratory medicine.

30–45 minutes

  • Long-standing cough, wheeze or breathlessness
  • Known or suspected asthma / COPD
  • Interstitial lung disease (ILD) follow-up

Sleep Study

Sleep Study (Polysomnography / PSG)

A sleep study (polysomnography) records your brain waves, breathing, oxygen levels, heart rate and body movements through the night to diagnose obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), central apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders.

Overnight (in-clinic) or 1 night (home)

  • Loud habitual snoring with witnessed pauses in breathing
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness or morning headaches
  • Resistant hypertension, atrial fibrillation or stroke

Forced Oscillation (FOT)

Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT)

Forced Oscillation Technique (FOT) is a modern, effort-independent way to assess airway resistance and reactance. Unlike spirometry, you only need to breathe normally — making it ideal for children, the elderly and patients with neuromuscular weakness.

15–20 minutes

  • Children aged 3 and above
  • Elderly patients who can't sustain forced exhalation
  • Suspected small-airway disease with normal spirometry

CPAP / BiPAP Therapy

CPAP & BiPAP Therapy (PAP Titration and Follow-up)

A sleep study tells us whether you have obstructive sleep apnoea and how severe it is. CPAP or BiPAP therapy is what actually treats it — and the difference between therapy that works and therapy that ends up in a cupboard is almost entirely in the setup and follow-up.

Setup visit 30–45 minutes; overnight if lab titration is needed

  • Moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnoea confirmed on a sleep study
  • Mild sleep apnoea with significant daytime sleepiness or heart disease
  • Obesity hypoventilation syndrome or daytime carbon-dioxide retention

Interventional Pulmonology

Bronchoscopy, Radial EBUS & Interventional Pulmonology

Interventional pulmonology uses minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat diseases of the airways, lungs and chest cavity — avoiding open surgery in most cases.

30–60 minutes (plus recovery)

  • Persistent cough with abnormal chest imaging
  • Suspected lung cancer or peripheral lung nodule
  • Unexplained haemoptysis (coughing up blood)

Asthma, COPD & ILD Clinic

Asthma, COPD & Interstitial Lung Disease Clinic

Chronic airway and interstitial lung diseases need consistent, personalised care — not just a one-time prescription. Our dedicated clinic offers structured follow-up, inhaler technique review, biologic therapy planning and pulmonary rehabilitation referral.

30–45 minutes per visit

  • Adults and children with asthma
  • Smokers or ex-smokers with COPD
  • Patients with ILD, sarcoidosis or pulmonary fibrosis

Allergy & Immunotherapy

Allergy Testing & Immunotherapy

Allergies underlie a large share of chronic cough, persistent rhinitis and difficult-to-control asthma. We offer structured allergy evaluation including skin-prick testing for common environmental allergens and immunotherapy planning where appropriate.

45–60 minutes

  • Persistent runny nose, sneezing or itchy eyes
  • Asthma triggered by dust, pollen or pets
  • Eczema with respiratory symptoms
